When browsing for merchandise, you will notice that each item number starts with a prefix.  This prefix explains what category this item falls under.

D – Display Model, Cleaned, Inspected and Re-crated
O – Overstock, New Crated Merchandise
X – Scratch and Dent, Fully operational and inspected, minor damage, dings, dents or scratches (See photos)
